Co-Founder and COO

Kyle’s climbing journey began in middle school with an outdoor recreation gym class. Ever since then, climbing has been one of his outdoor passions, along with hiking, camping, biking, and snow sports.

Having lived in in Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and the Carolinas, Kyle enjoys finding new crags and camp sites!

Mandi started bouldering indoors in 2020 and fell in love with outdoor climbing upon moving to Las Vegas in 2022. At her day job, she advocates for the Outdoor Industry in Nevada.

Her favorite type of rock is sandstone (obviously), and she loves a good chimney. For Mandi, climbing is about getting out with friends, getting out of her comfort zone, and trying new things.

Sydney was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the stunning landscapes serve as her playground. When she not scaling cliffs, she work as a dog and cat grooming stylist, bringing joy to furry friends and their owners.

She is a passionate rock climber who began her journey in 2020, with a special affinity for sport climbing. Recently, she has ventured into the world of trad climbing, which has opened up a new realm for her.
